Welcome to Alexander Technique Workshops with Robert Rickover and Associates. I have been a teacher of the Alexander Technique for almost twenty-five years. I live in Lincoln, Nebraska and also teach in Toronto, Canada, as well as at several workshops at other locations each year.

Group classes and workshops are one of the most enjoyable, effective and efficient ways for people to learn how to apply the principles of the Alexander Technique in their own lives. They allow participants to learn at their own pace in a safe, cooperative environment. Workshops can be readily adapted to the specific needs of participants and can take place in a wide variety of locations.
